2007

                                                                             

October – Jens Bäckvall, Karl Sørensen, Mette Guldborg Hansen and Katrine Kjølby Larsen from Terra Nova were hired as artistic directors, creators and scenographers of Olympic Trials [Olympiske Prøvelser], an interactive art/sport project at Prøvehallen in Valby, Copenhagen. The event was created for Copenhagen Culture Night 2007 with support from Valby Lokaludvalg, Tuborgfonden, Foreningen Kulturnatten and Prøvehallen.

                                                                             

September – Children Prohibited [Forbudt for børn]. Interactive theatre written for and bought by Huset i Magstræde for the festival with the same name (www.kulturhusfestival.dk). Direction and idea: Jens Bäckvall, Karl Sørensen, Mette Guldborg Hansen and Katrine Kjølby Larsen.

August – The People [Folket]. Interactive theatre written for and bought by the Swedish Urkult Festival (www.urkult.se). Direction and idea: Jens Bäckvall, Karl Sørensen, Mette Guldborg Hansen and Katrine Kjølby Larsen.

July – Nothing Is Fair. Interactive theatre written for and performed at the Roskilde Festival, focusing on FAIR trade. Direction and idea: Jens Bäckvall, Karl Sørensen and Mette Guldborg Hansen.

2006

May – Propaganda. Secret interactive foyer-theatre created as an opening for Mute-Comp’s (www.mute-comp.dk)performance. Choreography: Kasper Ravnhøj and Jakob Stage. Direction and idea for interaction: Jens Bäckvall, Karl Sørensen and Mette Guldborg Hansen.

June – The White Ones [De Hvide]. Interactive theatre about cultural differences and cultural communication, performed at the Roskilde festival for the Roskilde Festival, Red Cross and AIF. Direction and idea: Jens Bäckvall, Karl Sørensen and Mette Guldborg Hansen.

2005

December – Torture. Interactive happening created for RCT, the Rehabilitation and Research Centre for Torture victims, at UN’s human rights day. Direction and idea: Jens Bäckvall, Karl Sørensen and Mette Guldborg Hansen.

September - The Enrisuomalainen People. 1 month of interactive street theatre about cultural meetings in France, from Vendée to Masif Central. Direction: Jens Bäckvall.

June/July – Modern Slavery and Trafficking, played at Roskilde festival for UNDP, Red Cross and IBIS. Direction and idea: Jens Bäckvall, Karl Sørensen and Mette Guldborg Hansen.

June – Service Check [SES, ServiceEfterSyn], Physical-interactive performance played at the Bastard57 festival in Copenhagen. Direction, idea and design: Jens Bäckvall.

2004

October – Mental Working Environment [Psykisk arbejdsmiljø]. Informational street-theatre, written and performed for HK-Odense. Direction and idea: Jens Bäckvall, Karl Sørensen and Mette Guldborg Hansen.

September – Pole Tennis [Stangtennis]. Informational street-theatre about alcohol and sports, written and performed for Copenhagen City Council Health Board. Direction and idea: Jens Bäckvall, Karl Sørensen and Mette Guldborg Hansen.

July – Behind Bars [Bag Tremmer]. Interactive theatre base don the Palestine/Israel conflict. Performed for and at the Roskilde Festival. Direction and idea: Jens Bäckvall, Karl Sørensen and Mette Guldborg Hansen.

May – Art and Reality [Kunst og Virkelighed]. Interactive event. Performed at Kanonhallen, Copenhagen at the Junge Hunde festival. Direction and idea: Jens Bäckvall and Mette Guldborg Hansen.

April – EGO. Interactive labyrinth based on the human foetal development. Direction, design and idea: Jens Bäckvall and Mette Guldborg Hansen.
